March Horoscopes
Monthly Horoscope Series
Hello Readers,
Today marks the start of a monthly series I will be doing. Each month I will be releasing a description of the monthly transits and what they mean for each of the twelve signs of the zodiac. This is based on your Rising Sign, as that determines the houses in your chart.
Last month Venus and Mercury emerged from the rays of the Sun, which corresponded with the start of their synodic cycles. For many this brought about the start of new chapters and the beginning of new ventures. Venus’ appearance in our western skies marked new insights within the Venusian sphere. Be it new relationship dynamics or new found ways of cultivating joy. As Venus waxes we will see these narratives develop and deepen. Mercury also made his evening appearance in our night skies and for many this corresponded with financial or business changes. Be that a new way to budget, or taking next steps in career. Mercury’s emergence can signal the reshaping of our routines, the development of plans or new ways of organizing our schedule. Saturn also entered Aries in the middle of the month, uncovering problems which have lurked under the surface. This illuminated systems which need to be changed within our individual lives and within the world at large. At the end of the month Mercury stationed retrograde pulling back to revise what was started earlier in the month. We are also currently situated between two eclipses, which makes this a pretty chaotic time of year full of dramatic changes.
This upcoming month features a lot of activity in Pisces, and so whatever house this sign occupies in your chart will see an increased emphasis. Pisces has hosted Saturn since the spring of 2023, this has been a long transit where Saturn has cut through this area of your life and imposed burdens. Saturn is considered a malefic planet, which means that he reveals corruption. Saturn does not cause evil, but rather indicates intemperate conditions which require our efforts to restore balance. Much like the icy winds of winter, Saturn has signified the chilling of this part of your life. Since Saturn just left Pisces the ice is beginning to thaw. This last month Venus did her best to plant seeds for future growth but this will require your cultivation and care.
In the first week of the month we will see Mars leave Aquarius and enter Pisces, offloading a burden from one area of your life and shifting it onto a new one. Mars heats things up, but does so in an extreme and unrestrained manner. Since the Pisces area of your life has been stagnated and become frozen you may be inclined to boldly heat up this area going forward, but be wary not to over compensate! Venus, who has been exalted has been busy beautifying this area of your life but she is soon to leave Pisces to be supplanted by Mars. The peace that passed over this area of your life will need to be defended from attack as Mars stirs up resentment and strife. Mercury’s retrograde here may indicate slipping back into old patterns and so it is imperative you uphold your integrity as you seek to make progress.
While the Venusian has recently seen growth and positive changes. Venus will be traversing a difficult sign this month, that of her exile, Aries. Here she will meet with Saturn which will impede her journey and impose problems. Venus’ essential nature is that of unity, devotion, and delight. Her beauty is sweet, soft, and pliable like a flower. In a hot, dry, and acrid environment she can easily wilt away. To protect yourself, guard your heart from bitterness, avoid being harsh or going back on your word. Venus’ trip through this sign is temporary and soon enough she will return to her home sign of Taurus at the end of the month. Don’t let transient displeasures deter you from your path.
Blessed Jupiter, the greater fortune, has been in the sign of his exaltation since June. This should uplift the area of your life where Cancer falls in your chart. However his gifts have been lacking because he has been retrograde since November. Our jolly friend has been late, he left your presents at home and had to run back to fetch them. But this month Jupiter will station direct and will no longer be held back. This signifies a change in the tide, the waters are rising and you will be able to set sail here once again.

The stars whirl in the heavens above us all, but they affect us differently depending on where in our chart those planets fall.
